Two Year Olds Total Fees

1 day @ $7.50 per hour x 6hr $45

2 days @ $7.50 per hour x 6hr $90

3 days @ $7.50 per hour x 6hr $135

4 days @ $7.50 per hour x 6hr $180

5 days @ $7.50 per hour x 6hr $225

Three and Four Year Olds Total Fees

1 to 3 days (up to 18 hrs) FREE

4 days (first 20 hrs FREE), remaining 4 hrs @ $7.50 per hour $30

5 days (first 20 hrs FREE), remaining 10 hrs @ $7.50 per hour $75

Fee Assistance Options

Family Boost (IRD Rebate): Eligible families (annual household income under $230,000) can claim up to 40% rebate of preschool fees paid every 3 months. This rebate is paid directly to families by IRD.
(Example: 2yr old attending 18hr week = $135 = approximately $1,350 a quarter = $540 Family Boost rebate)

WINZ Childcare Subsidy: Families may be eligible for a WINZ Childcare Subsidy, which helps reduce the cost of preschool fees. If approved, WINZ pays the subsidy directly to St James Kidsway on your behalf. Families are then responsible for paying only the remaining balance of fees not covered by the subsidy.
